View Smart Building Cloud includes a Workplace Experience Survey, which is a simple way to get feedback from your occupants. You can send the survey via your customer relationship management (CRM) solution, and the results are automatically loaded in the portal for you to review. 

The survey starts with a question about general satisfaction with the experience on the property. If the respondent rates the experience from 0 to 4, the response is rated negative. If the respondent rates the experience from 5 or above, the response is rated positive. The second survey question will ask the respondent to select specific property factors that contributed to this negative or positive rating. 

Use the portal to quickly generate a tenant-specific survey link that you can send from your CRM or other communication system.  

  1. Under the Workplace Experience Survey graph, choose the tenant in the Select a tenant to display survey link drop-down field  
  2. Copy the custom link that appears in the next field. 

When your tenants or employees complete the survey, the portal will automatically update with their responses. 

Review survey results 

Select the Experience tab to see Workplace Experience Survey results from the past year. The page includes a graph of overall workplace ratings, by count and percentage, over the past year. It also includes graphs of quarterly results for each survey data point. Hover over the graph lines to see detailed data for a specific date or quarter.  


Upon loading, the graphs default to show a summary of responses across all tenants. If you manage multiple tenants, select Responses By Tenant to filter the results for individual data points.
